Because every product is printed specifically for you, orders move into production shortly after they're placed. This means changes or cancellations may not always be possible.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change without prior notice, but any confirmed order will be charged only the price shown at checkout.

4. Payment

6. Returns & Refunds

Every ProWoke product is printed exclusively for the person who ordered it.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Wrong size ordered
• Change of mind
• Preference changes after purchase

However, if your order arrives:

• damaged;
• defective;
• incorrectly printed; or
• you receive the wrong item,

please contact us within 48 hours with clear photographs. If the issue is confirmed, we'll replace the product or provide an appropriate refund at no additional cost.

7. Sizing

Small variations in measurements may occur due to the manufacturing process.

8. Product Appearance

We do our best to display product colours and artwork accurately.

However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, lighting, and printing process.

Minor variations should not be considered defects.
