Introduction
Can anyone sell on ProWoke?
Yes. Anyone can apply for an Artist Account, but all artwork is reviewed to ensure it meets our quality and community standards.
How do I set up an Artist Account?
Reach out to us via email to apply for an Artist Account. We'll manually set up your account for now while we put the finishing touches on our self-service artist dashboard, coming soon.
Designing
What are the dimensions & format?
Upload high-resolution PNG files with a transparent background. We recommend at least 4350 px × 5700 px at 300 DPI.
What about the quality?
Your artwork should be sharp, original, and suitable for printing. Low-resolution or pixelated designs may be rejected.
Promoting
Could I promote my own artwork?
Absolutely. Share your ProWoke product links on social media, your website, or anywhere you engage with your audience.
How do I become a featured artist?
We regularly feature artists with exceptional work, strong engagement, and consistent uploads.
Why isn't my work showing up in ProWoke’s search results?
New artwork may take some time to be indexed. Designs that violate our guidelines may also be hidden or removed.
Can I sell my work on my own site?
Yes. You retain ownership of your artwork and are free to sell it elsewhere.
Can I sell my art on other sites?
Yes. ProWoke does not require exclusivity.
Can I create a marketing campaign?
Yes. You're welcome to run your own promotions and direct customers to your ProWoke products.
Can I use my product images to market my work?
Yes. You may use your ProWoke product images to promote your artwork and products.
Getting Paid
How is my payment calculated?
You earn a 10% commission on every successful sale of your artwork.
When do I get paid?
Payments are processed after the order is dispatched.
What are the processing times for artist payments?
Payments are typically processed immediately after the product is dispatched.
Why haven’t I been paid?
Your payment may still be processing, pending verification, or below the minimum payout threshold. If its been delayed over 15 days, please feel free to reach out to us directly.
Can I be paid early?
No. We currently do not offer early payouts.
How do I know when I’ve made a sale?
Look out for the “You’ve Made a Sale!” email, which will include details on what was sold, at what price, and what your cut is. This should be a whole lot easier once we have a designated dashboard.
How do I know who purchased my work?
To protect customer privacy, we don't share buyer information with artists.
What happens if a customer returns my product?
If a refunded order results in a reversed sale, the associated artist commission will also be reversed.
How can I donate my sales?
Currently, there is no system in place for independent artists to donate their own sales through the ProWoke marketplace.
Artwork & Account Suspension
How long does it take for my art to be reviewed?
Most artwork is reviewed within 1 - 3 business days.
Why was my artwork removed?
Your artwork may have violated our content guidelines, intellectual property policy, or quality standards.
Why was my account suspended?
Accounts may be suspended for repeated policy violations, copyright infringement, fraud, or other serious breaches of our terms.
What happens when my work is released from suspension?
Once approved, your artwork will become available for sale again.
How can I avoid artwork reviews in the future?
Upload original, high-quality artwork and follow our Artist Guidelines and Content Policy.
Can my suspended account be reinstated?
Yes, depending on the reason for the suspension. You can contact our support team to request a review of your account.
