Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 - 3 business days.
During launches or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within 5 - 10 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier availability.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and current promotions. But it's mostly on us.
Delivery Updates
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey.
Returns & Refunds
Because every ProWoke product is made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.
We will gladly replace or refund your order if:
- You received the wrong item.
- Your item arrived damaged or defective.
- Your order was significantly different from what you purchased.
To request a return or replacement, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5 - 7 business days to your original payment method.
