Shipping & Delivery
Every ProWoke product is made especially for you after your order is placed. This helps reduce waste and ensures every purchase directly supports the artist behind the design.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
During launches, sales, public holidays, or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, order value, and any current promotions.
Free shipping is generally available unless otherwise mentioned during checkout or as part of a specific promotion.
Delivery Updates
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking link by email or SMS, where available, so you can follow its journey.
Track My Order
As soon as your order is dispatched, we'll send you an email containing your tracking number and courier details.
If you haven't received your tracking email:
- Check your spam or promotions folder.
- Allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for the tracking information to become active.
- Contact our support team with your order number if you're still unable to locate the tracking information.
Courier tracking updates can occasionally take longer than expected. If your package continues to appear delayed, contact us and we'll help investigate.
Returns & Refunds
Because every ProWoke product is made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Changes of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Preference changes after purchase
- Buyer's remorse
We will gladly replace or refund your order if:
- You received the wrong item.
- Your item arrived damaged or defective.
- Your item was incorrectly printed.
- Your order was significantly different from the product you purchased.
Requesting a Replacement or Refund
To request a replacement or refund, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the problem
Please keep the product and its original packaging until our support team has reviewed your request.
Refund Processing
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refunded amount in your account.
Replacement Orders
When a replacement is approved, the replacement product will be produced and shipped at no additional cost.
Replacement delivery times may be similar to the processing and delivery timelines for a new order.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Please review your delivery address carefully before placing your order.
If your order has not yet shipped, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update the address. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change its destination.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts or contact you using the phone number provided with your order.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, an unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts.
