What is ProWoke?
ProWoke is a made-to-order apparel platform featuring original artwork from independent artists.
How do I place an order?
Choose your product, select your size and colour, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest.
How do I know which size to choose?
Refer to the size guide available on each product page before placing your order.
Will an item be restocked if it's sold out?
As soon as it is humanly possible.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't entered production, we'll do our best to help. Contact us as soon as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled before production begins. Once printing starts, cancellations are no longer possible.
Is there a limit on how many items I can purchase?
No. You can order as many items as you'd like, subject to availability.
Discounts & Offers
How do I apply a coupon code?
We'll automatically apply the best available coupon at checkout. If you have a different valid coupon, you can enter it manually before completing your purchase.
Can I use more than one coupon?
No. Only one coupon can be applied per order.
Why isn't my coupon working?
The coupon may have expired, may not meet the offer conditions, or may not be valid for your current order.
Can I combine coupons with sale items?
Unless stated otherwise, coupons cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
Do coupons expire?
Yes. Most coupons are valid for a limited time. Check the offer terms for the expiry date.
Will my launch discount apply automatically?
Yes. If you're eligible, the launch discount will be applied automatically at checkout.
What happens if I return an order purchased with a coupon?
Any refund will be based on the amount you actually paid after the coupon discount was applied.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across India.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 5–10 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping is generally available unless otherwise stated.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email or SMS.
What if my package is delayed?
Delays can occasionally occur due to courier or weather conditions. We'll keep you updated when possible.
What if my package is marked delivered but I haven't received it?
Please check with members of your household or neighbours first. If you still can't locate it, contact us and we'll help investigate.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If your order hasn't shipped, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update the address.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, and other popular online payment methods.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Cash on Delivery is temporarily unavailable.
Is online payment secure?
Yes. All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.
Why was my payment declined?
This may be due to your bank, incorrect payment details, or insufficient funds. Please try again or use a different payment method.
I was charged but didn't receive an order confirmation.
Your confirmation email may take a few minutes to arrive. Check your spam or promotions folder as well. If you still haven't received it, please contact us.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. Your invoice is sent by email to reduce paper waste and our environmental impact.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
What is your return policy?
As every item is made to order, we only accept returns for damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, or incorrect products.
Which products are eligible for returns?
Only items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, or incorrect are eligible for a return, replacement, or refund.
How do I request a return?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
We don't offer exchanges. If your item is eligible, we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
We'll replace it or issue a refund at no additional cost after verifying the issue. Contact us with your order details and clear photographs.
What if I receive the wrong item?
We'll send you the correct item or provide a full refund once we verify the mistake.
Products & Sizing
How should I wash and care for my product?
Hand washing is recommended. When machine washing, turn the product inside out and use cold water with a mild detergent. Do not bleach or tumble dry. Air dry in the shade and iron inside out.
How do I choose the right size?
Use the size guide on each product page. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
Do your products fit true to size?
Our products are designed to fit true to size. Check the product description for any product-specific fit recommendations.
What materials are your products made from?
Our T-shirts are made from 100% bio-washed cotton.
Are the product colours accurate?
We strive to display colours as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to lighting, printing processes, and differences in screen settings.

Our products are designed with care and manufactured in India by trusted production partners that meet our quality standards.
