We respect the rights of artists and creators. Artwork should only be uploaded, shared, or sold by the original creator or someone who has permission to use it.

All artwork submitted to ProWoke must be original or used with proper permission. You may not upload work that infringes another person’s:

• Copyright or original artwork
• Trademarks, logos or brand identities
• Name, photograph, likeness or publicity rights

Using another creator’s work without permission, even with small changes, may still constitute infringement. Fair use is limited, varies by country and does not automatically permit commercial use.

Creators are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights to every design they submit. ProWoke may remove artwork, suspend listings or take further action when potential infringement is reported or identified.

Found Stolen Artwork?

If you believe your artwork - or someone else’s, has been used without permission, please report it to us. We will review the report and take appropriate action, which may include removing the artwork or contacting the person who uploaded it.

Please include:

• A link to the artwork on our website
• A link to the original artwork or proof of ownership
• The artist’s name and contact details
• A short explanation of the issue
• Any additional information that may help us investigate

Please submit reports honestly and in good faith. False or misleading reports may delay the review process.
